Smitten With Kittens is excited to announce that we are officially entering into a partnership with the Fat Cat Café at 2901 East Park Avenue in Tallahassee. The adoptions that we have already experienced at the Café have been phenomenal. Many of those were older kittens or adults that grabbed the attention of patrons and found their forever homes.
We are asking our supporters to consider sponsoring the enrollment fees for our cats. The Café requests a $50.00 fee per space per month. Our goal is ten spaces so our Rescue can keep cats and kittens there all the time which will exponentially increase our adoption rate and allow us to save more. We have already taken in three nursing moms this month that will benefit from exposure at the Café within the next couple of months.
SWK is grateful for the amazing opportunity for our cats to gain the public’s awareness and we completely understand that the Café has to cover their hard costs. But we do not have the funds in our budget – remember we spay/neuter, vaccinate, and handle all vet bills prior to adoption and need help raising funds for those expenses throughout the year.
